What is Near-Field Technology?

Near-Field Communication or NFC is not a new technology, with
the first NFC being created in 2006. FAX’s goal is to utilize this underrated technology
and apply its use to protect shoe traders and prevent counterfeit luxury goods
from entering the market.

Near-Field Communication links perfectly with NFT technology.

NFT stands for Non-Fungible Token. NFT's are a great tools to orginize transactions of assets like shoes, while also prividing a user friendly experiance.

Here's How To Use The NFC Device

Using the NFC device is easy to do. The first thing you need
to do is go to the FAX app. Once on the app go to the scan shoe option. Now there should be a icon that pops up on the bottom of the screen. Hold the phone
close to the tongue of the shoe. Please use the diagram below and hold your
phones NFC reader to the tongue of the shoe. Once your phone picks up the NFC
devices signal, your custom NFT will pop up. There will be a lot of information
about the shoe on the NFT page.

Here's What To Expect From Your NFT

Our custom made NFTs are individually made for each pair of
shoes. Each NFT has an interesting abstract art piece in the background with a
boarder, resembling a trading card. In the center of the NFT there is a high-quality
picture of the shoes you authenticated. On the boarder, that surrounds the shoes,
there will be information regarding Shoe Size, Authentication ID, Order of
Authentication, Date of Authentication, and Style Code. Below the NFT on the
page there will be other information displayed like: a Bid and Ask Chart
(Displays what customers are willing to pay for the shoe and what sellers are
willing to sell the pair for), Number of previous owners, Number of Traffic the
shoe type receives on the FAX website, and many more features to come in the
future. All of this information is meant to assist you as you trade shoes on
the market. It’s time to start treating our shoes like assets, and now its time
to equip traders with the tools they need all in one place.

How To Prevent Lossing Authentic Status On Your Shoes

When it comes to making sure all shoes in our market are authentic, it takes a lot of different parts to keep the market safe and secure. If one of
these parts is tampered or compromised, it can risk our market becoming
unauthentic which would make our mission futile. The best way to make sure that
your shoes don’t loss their authentic status is to not remove or tamper with the NFC tag. If your shoes somehow lose their authentic status, this simply
means that you might need a new NFC tag to go into the shoe. This is very easy
and cost efficient to fix.
